Academy Award-winning duo behind The Hurt Locker (Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal) joined for this drama detailing the hunt for Osama bin Laden, and starring Oscar winner Jessica Chastain as intelligence experts who dedicated decades of his life to tracking the world's most wanted terrorist.  

In the aftermath of the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001, the CIA began interrogating suspected al-Qaeda agents throughout the world in an effort to find bin Laden astute.

Upon arriving at a closed location and witnessed CIA interrogation tactics brutal, CIA agent Maya (Chastain) to help his partner Dan (Jason Clarke) to gather intelligence that will help bring bin Laden to justice.

Over the next decade, a variety of false clues and dead-end make the search seem more futile than ever. Meanwhile, the suicide bombings across the Middle East and Europe suggests that Al Qaeda is not going to give up without a fight.  

Then, just when it seemed as if trace clues eventually dried, old piece of direct evidence to suspect that Maya may work directly for the man accused of masterminding the worst act of terrorism ever carried out on American soil.
